We understand the importance of communicating openly and at all times with our clients. We collect service charges efficiently, suppliers are paid on time and works are undertaken within the correct legal framework.
Being local we are quick to respond to all eventualities. Every building we manage has its own bank account and we will set realistic budgets for your property.
JW Property Management is owned and run by Jane Wingrove. She understands the demands of managing a building and endeavours to bring an open, calm and knowledgeable approach to her business dealings, with the sole aim of securing a successful outcome for everyone involved.
